My name is Mylene Roman. I am an IT professional with solid experience in requirements gathering and analysis, requirements documentation, technical documentation, software testing and software project management.

I am passionate about any work that I do and my mantra has always been to do things right the first time. I have been standing by this especially in software development because it’s almost always harder and tedious to address issues especially if these are caused by not ensuring that nothing gets affected before system implementations. If errors do occur, I take a deep breath, mobilize the team to do the fix, move on but making sure that I bring all the lessons learned with me.
