September 25-October 1, 2017
I went home to Baguio last Friday, September 29, after shift. I did not have any specific agenda but since my friend was also in town for the weekend, we planned to meet up for some food trip. BOOM! Hehe. And so, off to food trip on Saturday.
I brought with me my nieces para mas masaya kahit ang kulit-kulit ng bulilit.
First stop. Arca’s Yard. I’ve heard about this place a long time ago but didn’t get the chance to visit it sooner hehe.
It is one of those old houses converted to a restaurant.
After lunch, we went to SM Baguio to buy some stuff and look around. My niece rode the carousel.
Our high school guidance counselor saw us and we were so surprised she still remembers our names! We had a good time exchanging stories that lasted for almost an hour.
Next pit stop for dinner was Oh My Gulay (OMG). OMG is a vegetarian restaurant and an art space in one.
We called it a night after dinner.
On Sunday, my sisters and our auntie went to visit another aunt who is sick. She has been to the ICU in September but is miraculously out, alive and kicking. She stays in bed most of the time but is still strong, can still eat and walk a bit with some assistance. Apart from the medicines, I think it’s her willpower to live that she’s still strong despite being sick.
I went back to Manila on Sunday night, after a quick dinner with the BF. He was sick and can’t stay longer so he went home right after dinner. Hay isa pa tong mamang ‘to.
Pictures!

↑We were there at night and it was quite crowded because there was an exhibit so it was hard to take pictures of the whole place.
↑Dinner buddies. The guy is my brother. Natunugang lumalamon kami somewhere so hinanap kami hahahaha. Hindi pa expert ang shy na teenager.
↑Sunday with my eldest sister, our nieces, and our grandchild. Kamusta naman ang mga lola hahahaha.
↑Maiiwan ang mga bata dahil adulting ang mga adults aka we were visiting a sick relative that day.
↑My 2 sisters and our auntie (mom’s sister). Breakfast first at Jack’s Restaurant, one of my favorite restaurants in Baguio because of its affordable meals. And no, we did not plan our color-coordinated outfits hehehe.
Naabutan na itong pang week 40 ng another weekend, hence, happy weekend hehehehe.
The end.
